Positive Behaviors Interventions and Supports
Coming Monday June 2 at 1:45pm!
The PBIS Carnival is a fun way for students to use up all their earned points at the end of the year! PBIS has planned many fun PBIS booths for purchase as well as awesome prizes that will be raffled off during the Carnival. Students can purchase "tickets" for the paid booths on PBIS Events and "tickets" for raffles on PBIS Raffles (*Note: "tickets" are virtual and physical tickets will not be given out). The Carnival will also have many free booths hosted by each classroom that students can visit without purchasing tickets.
We need a lot of volunteers to help out at all the different planned PBIS booths! Click on the image above to sign up! Additional instructions and information will be sent out to all volunteers before the Carnival.
*Please do not sign up here if you will be manning a classroom booth.
Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is an evidence-based, tiered framework for supporting students’ behavioral, academic, social, emotional, and mental health. When implemented with fidelity, PBIS improves social emotional competence, academic success, and school climate. It also improves teacher health and wellbeing. It is a way to create positive, predictable, equitable and safe learning environments where everyone thrives.

Vessels faculty and staff awards points to any Vessels students who show positive choices and behaviors in one of these four areas:
Students may use their points to order items from a store (online Bulldog Barket for 1st-6th and in-person Mobile Barket for TK/K), purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win a prize, or register for admission to one of the many PBIS events at Vessels Elementary.
